• Website interactions: contact requests, demo actions, and aggregated browsing analytics.
• WhatsApp conversations: messages exchanged with our business account, catalogue selections, payment confirmations, and onboarding answers.
• Client onboarding data: company details, contacts, product catalogue information, payment preferences, and automation requirements shared during setup.
• Billing records: invoices, payment history, subscriptions, and compliance documentation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process personal data to deliver our chat-commerce demo, configure services under contract, manage payments and subscriptions, improve product workflows, and comply with accounting or regulatory obligations. Legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interest, and applicable legal requirements.

4. Payment processing

Transactions are handled via ZEN, Stripe, 2Checkout, or Bizum. Altura Systems never stores card data. Each provider acts as an independent controller operating under its own privacy policy and security standards.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with processors essential to deliver the service, such as WhatsApp Business API providers, Make/Zapier automation platforms, Google Workspace, Notion, Shopify Lite, hosting, and accounting tools. These partners are bound by data processing agreements and follow industry security controls.

6. International transfers

Some providers operate outside Georgia or the EU. When required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to maintain lawful protection of personal data transferred internationally.

7. Retention

Client and financial records are kept for the duration of the engagement and any statutory retention period. WhatsApp conversation logs are archived for support and auditing, then deleted on request unless legal obligations require longer storage.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data and object to certain processing. Contact us at hello@alturasystems.io. We respond within 30 days.

9. Security

Altura Systems applies technical and organisational security controls, including role-based access, encryption through trusted providers, and workflow auditing. We continually review safeguards in line with industry practices.

10. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect product or regulatory changes. Material updates are shared via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance.
